Turbo on Peugeots sounds very risky and dangerous, but you'll need to make sure you're going to boost at safe levels without damaging your engine! It all depends on engine setup so it's important you find the right mechanic in Thailand who can set turbo the right way! You'll need these:
1. Turbo (0.3 - 0.5 psi bar should be enough)
2. Custom exhaust manifold for turbo
3. Blow-off Valve (greddy, hks, a'pexi)
4. Wastegate - should be built-in w/ turbo (Thai-Tum!)
5. Oil pressure regulator
6. Intercooler (Stainless steel better)
7. Intake piping (Holset)
8. Air-filter (HKS - K&N)
9. Exhaust (Thai-tum)
10. Fuel Injectors (Nippon Denso)
This setup won't give a lot of boost and it'll probably be really expensive! But, if you want to go ahead and do it, you'll need to make sure the 405 can handle the new power. You'll need to be careful with your engine gaskets, piston rings, camshafts, because stock 405 engine parts aren't strong enough. At this low boost, there shouldn't be any problems, but if you're going to boost higher than this, you'll need to change a lot of engine parts inside to avoid engine damage on the long-run! Enough fuel and oxygen must be supplied to the engine, so you'll need to modify the airflow or even increase fuel injectors to supply more fuel...
